Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laborer located in Staunton, VA. The Laborer will support daily construction activities by assisting field crews, handling materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and helping ensure a safe and organized jobsite. This position works closely with the Superintendent and project team to support overall jobsite operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and dependability

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

  • Ability to follow directions and maintain a safe jobsite

  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Construction experience is a plus, but not required
