Construction Superintendent
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Staunton, VA. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily construction site operations, ensuring construction safety, organizing project tasks, budgeting, and overseeing project management. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Project Engineer
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer located in Staunton, VA. The Project Engineer will assist project managers and superintendents with technical and administrative tasks, including RFI creation, submittal management, document control, schedule updates, jobsite coordination, and quality management. The Project Engineer will gain hands-on experience in both field and office operations while supporting successful project delivery.
Estimating / Preconstruction Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimating/Preconstruction Manager located in Staunton, VA. The Estimating/Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for leading the preconstruction process, including quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, subcontractor outreach, scope review, value engineering, and developing complete proposals. The role will work closely with owners, architects, and the internal project team to ensure accurate budgets and a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.
Project Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Staunton, VA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, contract administration, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with field leadership, design teams, and owners to maintain project quality and customer satisfaction.
Project Assistant
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Assistant located in Staunton, VA. The Project Assistant will support project managers and field teams with administrative and project-related tasks. Responsibilities include document management, subcontract processing, meeting coordination, data entry, project communication, and assisting with project closeout documentation.
