Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Staunton, VA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, contract administration, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with field leadership, design teams, and owners to maintain project quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in construction project management, contract administration, and scheduling.
Strong ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling software and web-based project management tools is a plus.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of commercial construction experience required.
OSHA certification is preferred.
