Grace Christian School
Education + Faith-Based | 70,000+ SF | Multi-Phase Renovation
Legacy Building Company partnered with Grace Christian School and Community Fellowship Church to transform the former Beverly Manor Elementary campus into a unified Preschool–12th grade school and expanded home for church ministries.
The more than 70,000-square-foot campus required extensive renovation and modernization, carefully phased around the needs and schedule of an active school and church. Completed work includes the high school and transitional church spaces delivered in Phase 1, followed by approximately 20,000 square feet of fully gutted and renovated space delivered in just five months in time for the start of the school year completing Phase 2.
Improvements included structural repairs, interior renovations, concrete and masonry work, new entry canopies, updated finishes and casework, and comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage upgrades. Flexible, multipurpose spaces were designed to support classroom instruction, worship, church operations, and community activities throughout the week.
Careful phasing, close coordination with school leadership, and planning around the academic and church calendars allowed Grace Christian School to continue operating throughout construction. Additional phases of the campus transformation are planned as Grace Christian School and Community Fellowship Church continue to expand within the facility.
