Bridgewater College – Dillon, Daleville & Heritage Halls

Higher Education | Multi-Building Renovation | Residence Halls

The $8.5 million renovation of three residence halls at Bridgewater College encompassed approximately 80,000 square feet of improvements across Dillon, Daleville, and Heritage Halls. The multi-building project modernized student living spaces while addressing building systems, finishes, and infrastructure throughout the existing facilities.

Careful planning and phasing were central to coordinating work across multiple buildings within an active college environment. The project required close collaboration among the owner, design team, trade partners, and construction team to manage schedule, sequencing, and project costs while preparing the residence halls for continued student use.

The project represents our team’s experience managing large-scale, multi-phase higher education renovations, where schedule, coordination, and campus operations are critical to successful delivery.
