The $6.7 million, 52,500-square-foot PODS facility at Zion Crossroads was delivered through a design-build approach, bringing the design and construction teams together to efficiently move the project from planning through completion.

The new industrial facility required coordination of the building, site infrastructure, and operational needs associated with a large-scale storage and distribution operation. Through early collaboration and streamlined decision-making, the team was able to maintain momentum throughout design and construction.
