The approximately 40,000-square-foot Green Hills Ventures project delivered a new commercial and industrial flex facility designed to accommodate a range of business and operational uses. The project required coordination of building systems, interior spaces, and site improvements to create a flexible facility capable of supporting multiple functions.

Planning and construction focused on balancing the requirements of the facility with budget and schedule priorities, requiring close coordination among the owner, design team, construction team, and trade partners throughout the project.

Delivered on an approximately 10-month construction schedule, the project adds to our team’s experience managing commercial and industrial facilities where flexibility, cost control, and efficient project delivery are key priorities.
