Legacy Building Company partnered with EyeOne to renovate and expand its Staunton facility, adding a new surgical suite and supporting clinical spaces within the existing medical practice.

The project renovated approximately 40–50% of the 8,000-square-foot facility and included new pre- and post-operative areas, sterile processing space, updated clinical areas, and a new restroom, along with modifications to walls, ceilings, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

EyeOne remained fully operational throughout construction, requiring careful phasing, site logistics, and ongoing coordination to minimize disruption to patients, providers, and staff. The completed renovation expanded the practice’s capabilities while allowing patient care to continue throughout the project.
