Legacy Building Company renovated approximately 1,900 square feet within Piedmont Virginia Community College to create updated simulation labs and specialized learning spaces. The project transformed existing areas to support hands-on instruction while integrating the building systems and infrastructure required for the new educational environments.

Construction took place within an active college facility, requiring careful coordination of access, egress, building operations, and surrounding occupied spaces. Legacy coordinated architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialized equipment requirements while minimizing disruption to ongoing campus activities.

The completed renovation provides PVCC with purpose-built simulation environments designed to support the technical needs of its programs within the existing facility.
