Legacy Building Company completed a significant renovation and expansion of EyeOne’s existing 8,000-square-foot medical facility in Staunton, Virginia, including the addition of a new surgical center and renovations to clinical and support spaces throughout the facility.

With EyeOne remaining fully operational during construction, careful phasing and coordination were essential. Legacy worked closely with the client and project team to sequence construction around patient care, staff operations, and access to occupied areas while coordinating the specialized systems and requirements of a healthcare environment.

The completed project expanded EyeOne’s capabilities while improving the functionality of the existing facility, with a focus on minimizing disruption to patients, providers, and day-to-day operations.
