Legacy Building Company renovated an existing commercial space to create a new office for Rooted Counseling, transforming it into a functional and welcoming environment designed around the specific needs of a counseling practice.

The renovation included new private offices and shared spaces along with accessibility and building-system improvements. Particular attention was given to acoustical privacy and sound mitigation between rooms, requiring thoughtful coordination of wall assemblies, layout, and surrounding building systems.

As Rooted Counseling continued to grow, the practice expanded into an adjacent office space and returned to Legacy for a second project. The additional renovation extended the functionality of the original space while maintaining a cohesive environment across the expanded practice.

Together, the two projects provide Rooted with a space that balances privacy, comfort, and functionality while supporting the practice as it grows.
