Legacy is partnering with Fishersville Community Church to design and construct a new addition to the existing sanctuary. The project will expand the church’s functional space, creating flexible areas to support worship, gatherings, and community programming.

Construction includes concrete footings and foundation walls, wood-framed walls and roof trusses, insulated exterior walls and roof, EIFS exterior finishes, and a single-slope metal roof with gutters and downspouts. The project also includes new doors, double-hung windows, interior drywall, painting, and flooring upgrades, providing a seamless connection between the existing sanctuary and the new addition. Exterior improvements include replacing stairs, installing a new ADA-accessible ramp, and repaving and elevating portions of the parking lot with full restriping.

This project requires close coordination with the church to minimize disruption to ongoing activities and worship services. The addition will create a modern, accessible, and welcoming environment, supporting the church’s growth and enhancing its ability to serve members and the wider community.
