Campus Revitalization & Multi-Phase Educational Expansion

Legacy is honored to partner with Community Fellowship Church and Grace Christian School in a multi-phased project to transform the historic former Beverly Manor Elementary campus into a unified Preschool–12th grade environment and an expanded home for church ministries.

A key priority of the project is the creation of flexible, multipurpose spaces that support both school programming and church activities throughout the week. Spaces are being reimagined so they can seamlessly function for worship, student instruction, community events, and church operations—maximizing the impact and usability of the campus.

Legacy’s scope includes interior renovations, structural repairs, concrete and masonry improvements, new entry canopies, updated finishes and casework, and comprehensive upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage systems. Phase are carefully scheduled around GCS’s academic calendar, allowing students to transition into new areas at the start of semesters—beginning with high school and continuing through middle and elementary wings.

Through detailed coordination, thoughtful phasing, and Legacy’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, this ongoing project is creating safe, adaptable, and inspiring spaces for students, families, educators, and the CFC community.
