Legacy partnered with Rooted Counseling Group to transform an existing commercial space into a warm, private, and calming environment that supports their mission of providing compassionate care to individuals and families. The goal of this renovation was to create therapy spaces that feel safe and professional—allowing Rooted’s team to deliver intentional counseling without distraction.

Legacy’s work included selective demolition, new interior framing, sound-mitigated partition walls, updated doors and finishes, concrete modifications for new plumbing, and comprehensive improvements to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Special attention was given to privacy, safety, and comfort, with enhanced wall assemblies, upgraded lighting, ADA-compliant restrooms, and carefully planned room layouts for therapists and clients.

Through close coordination and thoughtful execution, Legacy delivered a space that aligns with Rooted Counseling Group’s values of grace, compassion, and confidentiality—providing an environment where clients can experience hope, healing, and meaningful support.
