Creative Studio & Office Renovation

Legacy worked with The Faded Poppy to renovate their office and studio, creating a flexible, functional space to support floral design, planning, and event coordination. The renovation focused on efficient layouts, private work areas, and updated systems to allow the team to manage both creative design work and client coordination effectively.

The project included selective demolition, new interior framing, sound-mitigated partition walls, updated doors and finishes, concrete modifications for plumbing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The improvements also incorporated ADA-compliant restrooms, multi-zone HVAC, and energy-efficient lighting.

This renovation resulted in a professional and organized environment that enhances workflow and supports The Faded Poppy’s high standard of service for weddings and events.
